I have some 700 photos of Roma and Sinti taken during WW2 in occupied countries, many by ordinary Wehrmacht soldiers and some by Einsatzgruppen. These are just a few of the ones I consider more significant. None on this page can be identified, but there are separate pages for those which can and for those of a more specific Holocaust type. Some of these, however, have German writing on the back but because of my lack of German/the poor handwriting/ my visual problems, I cannot decipher it.
Please note that many of these photos have been bequeathed to the Holocaust Memorial Educational Centre at Laxton, Newark, from whom consent would be needed to reproduce any.
